Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) issued by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, as amended from time to time. The AGBH 2006 form an integral part of every accommodation contract. Where these Terms & Conditions contain specific provisions, they take precedence over the AGBH 2006. Last updated: January 2026.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of rooms and apartments, as well as all related services provided by Casa Plus – Gästehaus / Zimmervermietung, Prossowitscher Straße 8, 9500 Villach, Austria.
2. Conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded upon booking and booking confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory charges. Payment is made by credit card online or at the check-in kiosk. Cash payment is not accepted.
4. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the total amount is due. Section 5 of the AGBH 2006 applies in addition.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m.
6. Use of the premises
Rooms may only be used for accommodation purposes. Parties or events, as well as pets, are not permitted.
7. House rules
The house rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Guest liability
Guests are liable for any damage they cause. A flat fee of €10 per item is charged for lost linen.
9. Operator liability
The operator's liability is governed by Sections 970 et seq. of the Austrian General Civil Code (ABGB) and Section 11 of the AGBH 2006.
10. WiFi
Illegal use of the WiFi provided is prohibited.
11. Video surveillance
Controller: Vidan Misic, office@casa-plus.at. Recordings are stored for 120 hours.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
13. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Villach, Austria.
14. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
